Gumberg Library at Duquesne University seeks a service-focused, innovative, and collaborative librarian to support medical education and research. The Health Sciences Librarian provides research assistance, information literacy instruction, collection development, and outreach for the School of Health Sciences. The successful candidate will collaborate with library and university partners to develop and support innovative library programs and services, joining a team of library professionals engaged in educating students in the health sciences. This is a full-time non-tenured library faculty position under the direction of the Head of Research Engagement and Health Sciences/STEM Initiatives. Candidates meeting the criteria for the Associate Librarian rank are preferred but candidates at the Assistant Librarian level will
be considered (depending on qualifications).
