NNLM Region 1, in partnership with the University of Pittsburgh Center on Race and Social Problems, announces the opportunity to apply for the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute (RECI). The course is a series of 8 virtual events and a supplemental online course that provides an empowering environment for anyone to learn about and discuss issues related to racial equity and to reflect on what you can do to advance racial equity in your institutions and communities. If you are in NNLM Region 1 in DC, Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, North Carolina, New Jersey, or West Virginia, please consider applying.
