The Research and Assessment Committee awarded prizes for the top research posters and papers at the Annual Meeting in Ocean City, MD.
This year’s winners were:
First prize, Research Posters: Emily Gorman of the University of Maryland, Baltimore for “Mortal or Moodle? In-Person vs. Online Information Literacy Instruction in the Health Sciences”
First prize, Research Papers: Jamie Conklin and Beth Moreton of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for “Minor Splash or Major Surge? Assessing the Impact of an Institutional License to Covidence”
Second prize, Research Papers: Kat Phillips of Penn State University for “The Boutique Librarian & the Bedside Nurse: A Love Story”
Honorable mention, Research Papers: Beth Moreton of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill for “Artificial intelligence in systematic reviews: Uncharted waters for librarians”
