The Virginia Commonwealth University Libraries, joining the Association of Research Libraries in 2018 as the first new U.S. member of ARL in over 15 years, invites applications and nominations for the position of Associate University Librarian for Research and Learning. As an innovative, collaborative, and vision-driven leader, the Associate University Librarian will direct all aspects of learning support and research outreach by the VCU Libraries. As part of the VCU Libraries senior administrative team, the AUL will play a key role in overall leadership and management of VCU’s library system at a time of exciting change and growth for VCU and the VCU Libraries.
