How do you plan your promotions on Facebook or Twitter? Who is your target audience? Have you conducted market research using any online tools? Have you developed a social media marketing campaign that was a hit (or a miss)?
We are seeking brief, lightning round talks on how you use web-based tools to promote your library. Share your best tips and tricks on how you promote your libraries and engage your audience online.
