Call for Moderators – SC/MLA & MAC/MLA Joint Annual Meeting

Good afternoon,

 We are seeking moderators for each of the contributed content sessions at the SC/MLA & MAC/MLA Joint Annual Meeting in Charleston, SC.

 Moderator responsibilities include:

  • Collecting PowerPoint presentations prior to the SC/MLA and MAC/MLA Joint Annual Meeting
  • Uploading PowerPoint presentations to the computer prior to the session
  • Introducing presenter(s)
  • Keeping presenter(s) on time
  • Facilitating Q&A

  • Lightning Talk Session #1 (Monday, October 28, 1:00pm – 1:45pm)
  • Panel Discussion #1 (Monday, October 28, 2:00pm – 3:00pm)
  • Paper Session #3 (Monday, October 28, 3:30pm – 4:30pm)
  • Paper Session #4 (Monday, October 28, 3:30pm – 4:30pm)
  • Paper Session #5 (Tuesday, October 29, 10:30am – 11:30am)
  • Paper Session #6 (Tuesday, October 29, 10:30am – 11:30am)
  • Lightning Talk Session #2 (Tuesday, October 29, 1:00pm – 1:45pm)
  • Panel Discussion #2 (Tuesday, October 29, 2:00pm – 3:00pm)

Moderators are eligible for 1 point of AHIP credit for service. Thank you!
