From NLM about PubReader
PMC has just released an updated version of its PubReader view (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/about/pubreader/). The new version (1.2) includes a “search this page” feature that allows you to find specific terms within the article. The latest source code is also available from the GitHub repository (http://github.com/NCBITools/PubReader).
