Have you delivered health literacy-based services and programs in the past? (HL case study)
For the upcoming CE session “Health Literacy 360” to be offered at MLA ’16 Mosaic conference, we are seeking first-hand accounts of health literacy-based programs/interventions/services. These accounts may be incorporated into a formal case and delivered as part of the case discussion component of the course. If you have been involved in delivering a health literacy-based service targeted at either consumers or health professionals and are willing to share it with us, we’d love to hear from you!
