Introducing the NN/LM DOCLINE Coordination Office
Greetings DOCLINE Community,
My name is Ashley Cuffia, and I am the Coordinator for the new NN/LM DOCLINE Coordination Office.
Starting on May 1st, 2016, the National Network of Libraries of Medicine user support for DOCLINE will be managed by the NN/LM DOCLINE Coordination Office (NDCO). This office is hosted by the Southeastern/Atlantic Region at the Health Sciences and Human Services Library of the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus. This new national office will combine all customer service of DOCLINE into one office thereby eliminating the need for each regional office to provide support. In addition to handling the day-to-day customer support of DOCLINE, NDCO will also provide DOCLINE training and LinkOut assistance.
The NN/LM will be eliminating all 1-800 service, so a dedicated telephone number and email address have been created for NDCO, so if you have any questions or need assistance, please contact me at (410)706-4173 or email DOCLINE@hshsl.umaryland.edu.
The NDCO office will be open 9:00 AM ET through 7:00 PM ET, to allow for expanded coverage.
