Job Posting: Informationist/Librarian – Michigan
My library currently has an opening for a Medical Informationist –
Librarian. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in health sciences
librarianship and can work continuously in Kalamazoo, Michigan while
completing their MLIS degree. Or, a recent graduate, informatic,
vendor-librarian, or those wanting a new adventure are encouraged to
apply. A science background is not necessary. Just a willingness to learn
and grow. As a brand-new medical school and, consequently, brand-new
medical library, we are part of many innovative projects and services. Our
operation is small, but we have daily access to senior leadership, faculty,
and staff, and a front row view of how a medical school works. Our student
