JoVE is now accepting submissions for its 2019 Librarian Travel award; this year’s theme is How Librarians Support Students and/or Researchers in the Lab.

Three librarians will each win a $1,500 travel stipend to attend the conference of their choice in 2019. Submissions are due March 22, 2019. 

Interested contestants will submit an essay (750 words or less) answering the following question: “How are you/your library helping the lab productivity of science students and/or researchers?”

Award: Librarians will be reimbursed for up to $1,500 of conference related expenses (travel, accommodation, registration, etc.). The award is restricted to only 2019 North American librarian/science conferences.
