On July 14, 2021, the MAC MLA D&I Committee hosted Xan Goodman’s thought-provoking presentation, An Introduction to Humble Leadership for Academic Librarians. In it, Xan introduced connecting the concept of humble leadership with Goodman’s 3 Pillars of Cultural Humility.
