MAC Registration Now Open!

2023 MAC/MLA Annual Meeting“Confluence”October 15-17; Pittsburgh, PA

Registration for the 2023 MAC Annual Meeting is now open! This Annual Meeting is returning to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania after being postponed twice due to the pandemic. We hope you can make time to join the Confluence and enjoy Pittsburgh’s stunning skyline views, award-winning dining options, vibrant arts and cultural scene, and unique attractions including the Andy Warhol Museum, August Wilson African American Cultural Center, Heinz History Center, and the Clemente Museum.

Must register for the meeting and CE courses by September 30th

There are 3 separate registration events: MAC & MLA Chapter Members, Non-MAC Members, and Students Only

Do I need to login to register?If you are a MAC member, please login with the email address and password that you previously set via Wild Apricot so the system can properly classify your registration, apply the appropriate rate, and connect your registration with the member record. If you have not logged in previously, you will need to reset your password.  Members of other MLA Chapters (who are not MAC Members) and Non-MAC Members DO NOT have to login to register.

How are payments collected?Credit card payments for registration are processed using the Pay Online option. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as a payment to MID-ATLANTIC MED LIBRAR. Confirmation and receipt emails are generated after completing the registration process.

If you want to pay by check, please use the Invoice me button and you will receive an invoice via email. Print the invoice and send it along with a check (payable to MAC/MLA) to Andrea Goldstein Shipper, MAC Treasurer, Charles Library, Temple University, 1900 N 13th Street, Philadelphia PA 19122.

What happens if I cancel?You can cancel your registration at anytime after completing the form and prior to completing the process. Otherwise, you will get an invoice via email and your registration will be pending. At that point, you will have the option to login and complete the process.  If you do not want to complete the registration and need to cancel, you will need to contact Beverly Murphy, MAC Registration Chair (beverly.murphy@duke.edu) or Lynn Eades, Membership Database Manager (beades@med.unc.edu) to be cleared from the system.

On-site RegistrationOn-site registration must be paid with a credit card or check.
