Mentoring survey
Please consider participating in a survey investigating the mentoring programs in academic libraries, focusing on the mentee’s perceptions of the mentoring relationship. The survey should take 15-30 minutes to complete and there is no harm or risk associated with this study. Although there is no direct benefit to the participant, the information gathered could directly benefit the librarian profession in the areas of mentoring and retention of a diverse workforce.

While the survey itself does not collect any identifying information, participants can volunteer for further participation in the research study. Any personal information will be password protected and accessible to only the research team. No identifying information will be used in resulting reports.
At any point, participants can elect to withdraw from the study by closing their browser window and there is no penalty for withdrawal or nonparticipation (any entered information will not be saved).
