National Survey on Population Health Resources and Services in Academic Medical Libraries

Apologies for duplicate/cross-posting!

Dear Academic Library Colleague,

I invite you to participate in a brief anonymous research survey [https://redcap.link/r6rlv86t] on population health resources and services that you may provide to your users. Your responses may be used to help identify potential training and resource opportunities that the Network of the National Library of Medicine (NNLM) may develop and/or promote in relation to population health resource utilization and research support in academic medical libraries.

If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete a 20-item survey, which is estimated to take between 5-10 minutes. Participation is voluntary and you may decide to discontinue answering the survey questions at any time. The information you provide will be kept confidential and no identifiable information will be collected from survey participants. To be eligible to participate in this survey, you must work for a medical school that serves an MD or DO degree-granting program. The survey will close on November 15, 2024.

If you would like to learn more about this research, please feel free to contact the lead researcher of this study, Carolann Curry at clcurry@uw.edu. If you prefer to talk with someone who is not part of the study team about the study, your rights as a research subject, or to report problems or complaints about the study, contact the UW Human Subjects Division at hsdinfo@uw.edu or 206-543-0098.

Thank you for your consideration,

Carolann Curry, MLIS
