NNLM SEA Planning and Assessment Questionnaire open until April 30th
As the National Network of Libraries of Medicine enters the final year of our cooperative agreement, we in the Southeastern/Atlantic regional medical library are assessing our services and planning for the future.
You’re invited to complete our 2020 Planning and Assessment Questionnaire. This survey was prepared by the SEA office in collaboration with the NNLM Evaluation Office.
You can complete it by clicking on the link below:
NNLM SEA 2020 Planning and Assessment Questionnaire
This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete, and you can stop responding at any time. We will collect feedback until April 30th, 2020.
Only summary data will be reported outside of the SEA office, and you are not required to provide any identifying information. At the end of the survey, you’ll be asked if you want to enter a drawing to win free conference registration (up to $1,000). Should you choose to enter, you will need to provide contact information. This information will be removed before your responses are shared within the office for analysis.
Thank you for all that you do to promote access to reliable health information within your communities. Your feedback will help us improve our outreach and education offerings and better serve the needs of this large and diverse region.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Tony Nguyen at ttnguyen@hshsl.umaryland.edu or Kiri Burcat at kburcat@hshsl.umaryland.edu
