Registration Opens July 2: “Systematic Reviews: Opportunities for Librarians” Workshop at the University of Michigan
The next offering of “Systematic Reviews: Opportunities for Librarians” will be held at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor on November 8-9, 2018.
The online portion of the course will be held October 15 – November 7, 2018.

Registration is capped at 20 participants. Registration is $100. The fees cover parking, breakfast, and lunch on November 8-9. Participants are responsible for their own travel costs, including overnight accommodations and other expenses. Travel and lodging information is available to registrants on the course site.
The course provides information professionals with foundational knowledge about systematic reviews and an opportunity to engage in high-level discussions with other librarians about our involvement in such projects.
The course is intended for librarians who are in some capacity involved or interested in systematic review projects. It runs on a flipped classroom model where didactic material is presented in an asynchronous online format over a period of 3.5 weeks. Following the online curriculum, you’ll join us at University of Michigan’s Taubman Health Sciences Library for a 2-day intensive workshop. By participating in a series of activities and discussions, you’ll develop a toolkit of resources and strategies, and an action plan to help you move your systematic review goals forward when you return to your institution.
Participants who successfully complete both components receive 20 hours of MLA CE.
