REMINDER: 2015 Supporting Clinical Care: An Institute in Evidence Based Practice for Medical Librarians

NOTE: The Priority List will close on January 31st.  Registration will open to the priority list on February 2nd.

The 2015 Supporting Clinical Care: An Institute in Evidence Based Practice for Medical Librarians will be held July 16-19, 2015 at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus in Aurora CO (part of the Denver metro area).

Do you want to learn evidence-based clinical practice concepts in order to comfortably support and teach EBCP at your institution? This small group focused, librarian-only Institute can help you develop the skills you need!

You’ll want to plan ahead, since there are only 32 spots in the 2015 Institute!   Here’s a handy task list.

1.      The Institute is popular, so we recommend adding your name to  the 2015 Institute Priority Notification List.

·        Once you are on the priority notification list, you’ll be notified first that registration is open. We expect to open priority registration for those on the list around February 2nd, 2015 – an entire month before we let everyone else register.

2.      Start now on the paperwork to get the necessary approvals from your organization in order to ensure your spot in the Institute.

·        Registration can be a bit like the Oklahoma territory land rush, as librarians rush to register online for one of only 32 spots!

Registration fees have not been set for 2015, but estimated costs are:

NOTE: Costs are approximate until hotel room rates are finalized
