Reminder: Apply for MLA Medical Informatics Career Development Grant by Nov. 15, 2022
There is still time to apply for the MLA Medical Informatics Career Development Grant!
The grant award provides one individual with up to $1,500 to support a career development activity that will contribute to the advancement of the field of medical informatics.
If you have been wanting to take a course or attend a conference related to informatics but haven’t had the funds, then this is an opportunity worth exploring! MLA Medical Informatics Caucus membership is preferred, but not a requirement.
In order to be eligible for the grant, the applicant must:
- be a member of MLA (membership options)
- have a master’s of library science or equivalent degree
- have the potential to make significant contributions to medical informatics
The application deadline is November 15, 2022. Please note that incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
