Speaker Bio: Laura Bartlett, MLS, is a Technical Information Specialist for the Outreach and Special Population Branch, National Library of Medicine. She works primarily with the information resource development for specific population groups, project/program management, and training. She is the program manager for HealthReach.

Michael Honch, MLS, works for ICF, supporting the Outreach and Special Populations Branch at the National Library of Medicine. He serves as collections manager for HealthReach.
