One of the challenges facing the library, archive and museum professional community at this time is how best to manage, provide access to, and promote interest in collections that span multiple kinds of material object; whether archives, books, artifacts, or visual arts. This talk will address work in this area, though analog and digital approaches, at the Hagströmer Medico-Historical Library and Unit for Medical History and Heritage at Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm, Sweden.
