This is a reminder to ask you to participate in the MAC Diversity Task Group Survey at http://tinyurl.com/macdiversitysurvey.
The survey will be open until Monday, October 2nd. Participation is voluntary.
Please Note: This is a different survey from the Demographic Survey we previously implemented in 2015, so we encourage your follow-up participation as well as that from new respondents.
The survey will require approximately 10 minutes to complete. We plan to present the results at the MAC 2017 Conference in Staunton, VA, as well as any other related activities as appropriate.
At the end of your survey participation, you may enter a raffle for an Amazon gift card. In order to keep your survey responses separate and anonymous, you will be asked to provide your email address in a separate form for the raffle.
