The Welch Medical Library at Johns Hopkins University is hiring an Access Services and Electronic Resources Coordinator. The Access Services and Electronic Resources Coordinator oversees online access, electronic resources acquisitions, and collection development activities for the Welch Medical Library. This position has a deep understanding of the best practices and emerging trends in access management and collections procurement in academic research libraries. The position successfully collaborates with library Informationists, Finance teams, the Office of Procurement, and Legal Counsel to acquire and license materials to support all Hopkins affiliated academic health center entities including the Schools of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing as well as the Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bayview Medical Center, Howard County General Hospital, Suburban Hospital, Sibley Hospital, Kennedy-Krieger Institute, and All Children’s Hospital.
