Lincoln Memorial University invites applications for the full time position of Health Sciences Librarian. The Health Sciences Librarian shall be responsible for providing reference assistance, collection development, bibliographic instruction and circulation support to the Lincoln Memorial University Schools of Allied Health Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine and all other faculty, staff and students including on-campus and extended clinical sites. More specifically, this individual will work with the departments of Athletic Training, Medical Laboratory Science, Veterinary Medical Technology, Veterinary Medicine and Health, Physical Education and Exercise Science, as well as natural sciences students on the pre-medical track.
Qualifications; Required: ALA accredited Masters in Library Science, two years additional subject knowledge or experience relevant to health sciences, occasional travel and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Preferred: AHIP certification.
