Webinar Description:
This webinar, led by Lisa Federer (research data informationist at the NIH) will provide an introduction to best practices for creating visualizations, drawing on design theory and principles, visual perception, and the “Grammar of Graphics” framework for visualization. Viewers will also learn about how to select the right visualization tool or software for the job and where to learn more to expand their visualization tool box.
Participants can earn up to 1.5 MLA continuing education (CE) contact hours.
