Research and Assessment Committee award
If you have an idea for a research or assessment project in health science librarianship, the MAC Research and Assessment Committee (RAC) invites you to apply for an award of up to $2000 per year to support all or part of the costs of your research.
Research projects on a wide variety of topics within health science librarianship will be considered. Previous winners have included studies on library return on investment, evaluating the efficacy of flipped classrooms, and longitudinal assessments of evidence based practice skill development.
Applications are due on Monday, August 19, 2019 and awardees will be announced at the 2019 MAC annual meeting, held October 5-7 in Durham, NC. For more information on grant eligibility, criteria, and evaluation, visit https://macmla.org/committees/rac/grant/.
