MAC Student Vision Scholarship
We invite library students to apply for the MAC Student Vision Scholarship to support attendance at this year’s MAC Annual Meeting in Baltimore, October 19-21, 2025.
If you are not a current student, but know one, please pass along this announcement!
The deadline to apply is September 12, 2025.
One scholarship will be awarded, and the selected recipient will receive:
- Complimentary conference registration
- Ticket to the Welcome Reception
- Two nights’ accommodation at the conference hotel (reimbursed)
- Meals that are provided as part of the conference program
Scholarship applicants must be:
- A current library student:
- Attending an ALA-accredited library school in the MAC region or
- Living in the MAC region and attending any distance education ALA-accredited library school
- Full or part-time student
- Willing to submit a ½ page report detailing their experience and impressions of the program to appear in the MAC Messages Blog by December 15th, 2025.
- Committed to attend the Welcome Reception and as much of the conference programming as possible
