One NLM – Unified Support Portal

The National Library of Medicine plans to merge both customer support portals ( and so that the only customer service portal will be This merge will take place over the coming weekend.

The support portal merge is part of a larger migration from our current customer service software to a new system. We plan to start the migration the evening of Friday, May 11th and hope to have everything in place by Monday morning, May 14th. Our plan is to migrate all customer service tickets from the old system to the new and catch any stragglers missed during the process. You may notice issues as we transition, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if we haven’t responded to your ticket within 4 business days (NLM’s customer service policy).
