Recruiting Librarians to participate in a Focus Group

**Please excuse cross-posting**

The challenge continues to illustrate the value of medical and special libraries to patrons, leadership, and stakeholders. Currently testimonials and one-time surveys are the most frequent methods used to illustrate the impact of libraries and librarians. My research proposal is to incorporate measures of library impact to current reference service tracking systems.

Study Objective: Reach a consensus of impact variable data point terms and definitions that could be incorporated into existing reference library tracking systems.

I am recruiting librarians currently working in a medical or special library (veterinary, association, hospital, pharmacy, etc.) to participate in a focus group. Participants must be older than 18, based in the United States and have completed their Master of Library Science. The focus groups will be 90 minutes and held online via Zoom.

Please email me at if you are interested in participating in a focus group. If you have any questions, please let me know.
