Survey on Libraries and SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19 Information

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing to request your cooperation in participating in a survey on library efforts to collate and disseminate online resources for SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19. We are pursuing a greater understanding of the current state of dissemination of information by libraries during a disease outbreak and the broader implications for future possible events.

The link to the survey: https://redcap2.mayo.edu/redcap/surveys/?s=M9KR4DKJ3E

This is a research project and completion of this survey is completely voluntary. Answers will be kept confidential. The research project and survey were reviewed by IRB and deemed exempt. We appreciate your time and effort in completing the survey, which will most likely take you 5 to 10 minutes to complete. Results will be presented at a future conference or published in article form.

Responses to the survey will be collected through Tuesday, March 31, 2020.

For questions, contact Victoria at Clifton.victoria@mayo.edu.
