Survey opportunity for academic medical library staff on workplace changes during COVID-19 quarantine

Hello! We hope you are safe and healthy during the current COVID-19 pandemic.  This pandemic has brought unprecedented changes in many areas of our lives, including major adjustments in our work as medical library personnel.  In order to better understand this, we are conducting a survey to identify these workplace changes and their effects on medical library staff.

We are attempting to take a “snapshot” of academic medical libraries during this very specific time.  Therefore, we are only accepting completed surveys until end of day Weds 5/13/2020.

We are trying to reach ALL academic medical library employees in the United States, so please forward this email on to anyone who meets this criteria who you think might have been missed by this email.  We are very interested in gathering opinions of people in all positions within the academic medical library environment.  This survey is completely anonymous.  No identifying information is collected.

Your participation will:
*             involve completing an optional online survey
*             take approximately 15 minutes to complete
*             be completely voluntary and you may leave the survey at any time

This study is being conducted by three staff members at the Library of Rush University Medical Center and received IRB approval (study #20042701-IRB01).   The primary investigator, Jennifer Westrick, can be reached at  jennifer_westrick@rush.edu<mailto:jennifer_westrick@rush.edu>.

Please excuse any cross postings.  If you have already completed this survey, thank you very much!
