Upcoming Webinar: Understanding the needs of your STEM and health sciences faculty and students

Ithaka S+R’s local surveys are designed to help libraries gather evidence about their faculty and students to better understand the impact of the emerging digital landscape on research, teaching, and learning outcomes.  Over the course of the past two years, we’ve worked with librarians to develop survey modules that look specifically at the research practices of students and faculty in the health sciences and STEM fields. In a one-hour free webinar on Thursday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m. (EDT), Roger Schonfeld, Director of Ithaka S+R’s Library and Scholarly Communication Program, and Alisa Rod, Ithaka S+R’s Survey Coordinator, will discuss the process of developing these modules with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and how universities are putting their survey results into action.
