In Memoriam: Andrew Eisan
Andrew Eisan died at Duke University Hospital on February 15, 2015. He held a master’s degree in Information Science from the University of Maryland. He worked in various university research libraries including Duke University Medical Center Library. He lived in the Durham, NC region since 1994 and was a member of the Durham Friends Meeting. His love of stained glass art culminated in receiving a patent for creating Romanesque-style mosaics with colored glass.
He was a dedicated member of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association (MAC/MLA) and maintained a membership in the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP).
