Job Posting: Instructional Designer at the University of Pittsburgh
The Health Sciences Library System (HSLS, http://www.hsls.pitt.edu/) at the University of Pittsburgh invites applications to fill an open Instructional Designer position. HSLS is looking for a motivated, collaborative, enthusiastic individual who can thrive in a dynamic environment to join our team.
The instructional designer will be a key member of the Research, Instruction and Clinical Information Services (http://files.hsls.pitt.edu/files/hsls-organization-chart.pdf) team. This position reports to the Assistant Director for Liaison Services and Instruction and will work closely with faculty and staff across the library to apply sound instructional design and accessibility methods to develop learning objects for scalable and sustainable instruction; improve teaching through evidence-based methods; and assist with recommendation and implementation of instructional technologies.

HSLS offers flexible work arrangements which include the option to work up to 15 hours remote/week. An increase in remote hours may be negotiated for this position.
