Survey on barriers and facilitators facing librarians when conducting systematic and scoping reviews

Dear colleagues,

Please consider participating in our research on the barriers and facilitators facing librarians in medicine and health sciences when conducting systematic and scoping reviews: A mixed methods study. We hope that the results may be useful for libraries to understand how services are affected and how to leverage that experience in the future, and it is also part of Lindsey’s PhD dissertation.

The online survey consists of 33 questions about experiences for systematic and scoping reviews.  It is anonymous and takes about 15-20 minutes. We ask that you complete the survey online using the following https://www.surveymonkey.ca/r/LibsEnglish by Friday, March 26th, 2021. By selecting “I agree” on the survey platform, you are consenting to participate in Phase 1 of this study. The letter of information for librarians for ethics is attached.

If you have any questions about participating, please contact Lindsey Sikora at lindsey.sikora@uottawa.ca<mailto:lindsey.sikora@uottawa.ca> or Katherine Moreau at kmoreau@uottawa.ca<mailto:kmoreau@uottawa.ca>.

Thank you for your consideration,

Lindsey Sikora (PhD candidate)

Katherine Moreau (PhD supervisor)
